My name is Mary Eileen Mullen and I am a chef with almost 15 years of experience in savory cooking and pastry.  I have worked in several restaurants and hotels and as the Pastry Chef for catering companies.  I am gluten intolerant and have my own special dietary needs.  This has led me to pursue a career preparing alternative diets that taste great.  I'm also a proud member of the Association of Personal & Private Chefs of America (APPCA).
